The burglar is taken by the ladies' beauty, so he strips them naked, then allows first one, then the other to torment their roommate. Finally, it's back to business; the women are hogtied and the thief makes his escape. In the second story line, an aspiring operative flunks her field exam when the man she is supposed to be following gets the drop on her, then leaves her bound, gagged and naked.
