Between battle footage, scenes clipped from features such as the 1929 film "She Goes To War" are presented. The film attempts to explain how the boom in American industry, spurred by the need for munitions, catapulted the country into World War I. At the conclusion of the film, an argument is presented that too many Americans died on foreign ground defending Europe in World War I. Finally, an admonition is given to the American people to never let it happen again. See less
