Walter's greed and arrogance irritate his criminal 'benefactor', drug baron Raf Broeckx, who even scolds him incompetent for failing to deal terminally with a Moroccan petty drug pusher after selling back his confiscated cocaine load, confiscated by abusively raiding his innocent (?) brother's home. It also gets dangerous, as Walter's clean rival team, Frank Slaets and Raf Broeckx, gets suspicious and prods their sleepy chief to question if the mayor's war of drugs is served properly. Raf meanwhile has the surviving 'loser' eliminated in hospital by his own goons, Raoul Raes and mate, while his harlot demands for Robin to take her at home as a safe house having served as police informer.
