Vega helps them identify the cause: a Collector, a type of demon who miniaturizes people to keep them in his suitcase, while fooling the outside world with those 'faceless' copies. There is a remedy, but before the elf can even gather the last ingredient, Wilco and she in turn have been surprised and collected.
