All our DVDs include bonus music tracks and are packed full of material to help you become a better dancer. Videos are organized into sections followed by a homework module. In Salsa... the Beginning, we start off with the basics and end with enough moves to keep you dancing for hours. In Salsa... the Next Steps, we introduce more complex building blocks and add to the material you have already worked on. In Salsa... Spins, Movement & Shines, we start with the basic concepts of spinning for both ladies and men with examples and exercises. We work with Modern Jazz based body isolation exercises to improve your body awareness and movement. We introduce some basic Shines elements and show you how to combine them into more complex movements. In Salsa... Fitness, we use a choreography set on Salsa music with Shines to form a multi-peak Aerobics workout designed by our Fitness Trainer and Group Aerobics Instructor. We include exercises for core muscles and larger muscle groups for a well-rounded workout. In Salsa... Turn Patterns, we teach you complex turn patterns that will give you the confidence to take over the dance floor. See less
