When he can't find her which is something he can normally do, Mark and Debbie postulate that maybe she doesn't want to be found. She goes to her mother and step-father and the mother is acting strangely. He asks about their other daughter and they tell him, she can't help him. Steve finds her and talks to her and she reveals where her sister is. Steve goes there and learns a man took her in. He tries to convince him to let her go but he refuses and there's a fight. Steve later goes to see him with the Sheriff and threatening charges if he refuses to cooperate. The girl offers to go back and Steve takes her back to her parents.
