Brian, a retired math teacher of 14 years, had a different vision at a point in his life to ultimately become the program director at Addicts Victorious. Vernon, who grew up in an abusive home in Oklahoma said his mother took him to church and that God allowed him to go through this for the ministry he's in now. The addicts Victorious program is an international 10 step style program, explained by Brian, as a picture of a road sign that has two words on it "Future" and "Past". The key is focusing on the future unlike other programs who dig up details and find a cause from the past. Dr. Debra Peppers of St. Louis, MO hosts this half-hour produced program at the WTJR studio in Quincy Illinois, for the Christian Television Network which features guests who inform us of the services provided by the outreach ministry they are representing.
