Paul next visits Elliot to celebrate Leslie leaving Peyton Place, but Elliot responds it isn't something to be glad about. Meanwhile, Betty is picking up her mother for lunch. She tells her mom Michael and Claire would be a good romantic match. Claire herself admits to her father she feels she has never lived up to his expectations. Leslie returns home to find out Norman thinks he has murdered Elizabeth. Rod makes clear he disagrees with Norman. Meanwhile, Elliot makes clear to Connie he is planning on having a future with her.
