Tony sees his mark while he is waiting for his slice of pizza and shoots the "mark" from inside the Pizzeria, the pizza owner, Mario, witnesses the shooting. The FBI is pressuring Mario to testify against Tony, this worries the mob boss, Big M. Big M and her consigliere, The Fog, have to come up with a scheme to stop Mario from testifying.
