We mix this all together to...See moreFor this traditional recipe we take ground beef seasoned it with garlic powder, black pepper, onion powder, cayenne pepper, parsley flakes, olive oil and add in cut up onions and a little bit of spaghetti sauce. We mix this all together to make patties and cook it on our grill. Once cooked we take the patties, mash them up and mix in ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese and spread it over a soft flour tortilla. We wrap up the tortilla and cook it on the grill until its brown on both sides, then we serve it with a bit of spaghetti or tomato sauce on the side. Written by Antonio Collado See less
