The God of Books gives her a Magic Quill which she can draw or write anything she wants with in sympathy. Meanwhile, Laura and her classmates are preparing "Sunflower Taro" for their next school play. Hamtaro and friends decide to put on their own version as well but are sucked into a strange Picture Book Tower along the way.
