Jan does a windmill action and John places a toy windmill in a farm he has built with blocks. Jan builds a city and sings 'Build it Up'. John builds a bridge over the tractor tyre from the farm to the city, demonstrating that an arch strengthens a bridge's structure. Photographs of various bridges are seen and John sings 'London Bridge'. Through the windows we see a bridge opening and various types of boats. Tugs are shown helping to dock a container ship.
