In the few moments that this magnificent picture is exhibited on the screen the audience will see the Peons, natives of Mexico, scrambling for a few centavos (pennies), their adobe dwellings, market-places, the flower market (Plaza Mayor), the beautiful La Viga Canal, the historical LaNoche Triste (the mournful night tree, under which Cortez wept over his defeat at the hands of the Aztecs. Further, we are taken by automobile through the different streets, we are then shown the bell tower cathedral, where we get a beautiful bird's-eye view of the city. Next we are shown the national palace and Plaza Mayor. Last, but not least, we are driven up Paseo Avenue to the monument of Guatemozin, the last Aztec emperor.
