The ancient myth of Icarus, the Old Comedy of Aristophanes, the unhappy execution of Socrates, and the science of flight provide a thin atmosphere and suffocating hot sunshine. This art house narrative is hi-jacked for the viewer by a combination of souvenir go-pro summer vacation footage salvaged from a low flying sight-seeing helicopter, an assortment of low flying flight school Cessnas, anti-plot absurdist debates, the French Revolution, clouds that outburst, informal inquisitions that take notes, crudely animated space craft, lazy pigeons and scenery soaring around on sound effects.
