Of course this happening was an accident, and also the taking of the picture. One of the Vitagraph cameramen happened to be in the vicinity when it occurred, therefore we are given one of the closest and most thrilling views of a fire in all its variety and exciting grandeur. One match will make a fire, but millions and millions of them are calculated to raise blazes that would consume the largest city in existence, if not consume the whole world. From this picture we get an idea of what a great conflagration a little match will start and what many more will do, and that it is no trifling matter to play with fire.
