Although stolen HiFi in found in his car trunk, Kevin believes the scared youngster's protestation of innocence. Archive clerk Frederic refuses him the same access as Laura, but his now rather cool gay mate Yann Berthier gets IA files proving Belut left the police after his bacon was saved repeatedly by Franchard, whose late sister was Belut's wife.
