To further this cause, the series is now available online.The series featuring Cardio, Martial arts, Strength training, Hip Hop, Boxercise and Navy Seals. The series is not studio based, and features 18 different and inspiring locations ranging from an aircraft hanger, nightclub, an ice hockey arena and a waterfall in Jamaica. By providing the viewer with continually changing locations, Fitness Zone aims to remove some of the monotony from working out. Host, fitness expert, and two-time North American martial-arts champion Adonna Greaves, along with her teammates Anna Lampignano, Chris Roche, Tracy Cooke and gives you a complete exercise program that will condition your body, burn calories and at the same time have fun doing it.
