In the dorm Rex and Brady overhear Shawn claim a break-up is better for Belle as he can't concentrate, she implores him to stay; hearing about the accident, the lovers rush to hospital for Brady, the twins for their guardian Tony. For his operation Tony needs a relative to donate, but his rare blood-type, OH Bombay Feno, fits only Cassie, neither John nor her non-identical twin Rex.
