Bill spoils his daughter and aspiring editor-in-chief with a splashing office. Clarke is confused as to why Stephanie agreed to Kristen's plan to invite him over for dinner tonight. Stephanie thanks Clarke for accidentally bringing her closer to her daughter. Margo is surprised to find Kristen sketching a wedding dress. Kristen explains to Margo that she is sure she can win Clarke over. Storm takes first steps to have his father declared legally dead. Stephanie has called Brooke over as part of her quest to find Stephen Logan. Brooke, who hopes that it is the beginning of a burgeoning friendship, unknowingly reveals some crucial information.
