Michael thinks they should send a letter to Victor stating that Brad is not in breach of his contract with Newman Enterprises. He also tells Brad that his case would be a lot stronger if he had Jabot's backing. After leaning from Jack of the law suit, Jill pays Victor a visit. He tells her that he is less likely to sue Jabot if they get rid of Brad. Jill returns to Jabot and informs Jack of her conversation with Victor. They both are inclined to drop Brad. Ashley brings a dress for Olivia to wear home from the hospital. Neil is surprised when Dru asks him if she and Lily can move back into his apartment. Dru then visits with Olivia and explains that she feels deeply torn in regards to Neil and Malcolm. Nina is glad Tomas finished the pages his editor needed. Reluctantly, he leaves the latest chapters for Nina to read. Victoria offers to make dinner for Ryan at his place tonight if he'll accompany her during a meeting with her father which he agrees to.
