The storyline follows the start of a new record label and its artists. Long studio sessions, tours, promotions, performances and school work are all a part of the Grind that the artists of the Young Mill commit to when joining the Young Millennium Records family. Drama happens when deadlines are missed, concerts are postponed or unorganized and sales are not high. Even with all that comes with this pursuit of happiness, these new artists are willing to see where this opportunity takes them.
