According to Valentina, the heaviest effects should go first in your effects stack. These are things like noise reduction, stabilization, and optical flow re-timing. When they are the first in the stack, it should make rendering faster. In apps like After Effects and DaVinci Resolve, you can even cache or pre-render heavy effects that are in the beginning of your effects stack.
