They greet him warmly and tell him that he must immediately get into some dress clothes for a party to be given that evening. Bill in a dress suit, three sizes too small, creates quite a sensation at the party. After disgracing himself and his hosts, he is enticed outside for entertainment under the care of the butler. After a glorious night of it, Bill finally is put to bed. The next morning he arises much the worse for wear, and sneaks off to the train.
