Carla tells Danny that Tony plans on telling Ally that she is pregnant today. Tony is planning on telling Ally about Carla, but Ally brings Tyler along. Carla tells Tony that she's suffering from morning sickness, and then tells Danny that she intends to actually get pregnant. Alex stops by to give Tracy a gift, only to get stuck hiding upstairs when Gino comes over. Tony waits for the babysitter to pick up Tyler so that he can tell Ally about Carla. Gino wants to plan an engagement party. Alex learns Tracy is marrying Gino. Ally wonders what's bothering Tony. Carla tells Danny that she needs to really be pregnant in order to hold on to Tony.
