It becomes apparent to Tony that the perpetrators are casting voodoo-like spells on a variety of victims. The investigation reveals several possible suspects including a so-called preacher, Dr. Kingston and a brute of a building contractor whose building site is shut down when a young boy's heart is found buried there.
