It sounds glorious until reality hits us with the question; is our nation devoid of disparity and bias? Are all communities deemed as of equal standing by society? India has over 1000 dialects spoken as mother tongue out of which the constitution recognizes only 23. The rest like 'Toto' are given little to no attention for their growth or sustenance. Will the Toto language survive such a harsh form of neglect or will it accept its fate of a minority class fading into ignominy. See less
