Runteboat Debandski, one of the principal marshals of the Czar's army, features the latest Canimated Nooz, which takes up the first five hundred feet of this split reel release. The general is some stepper, the correspondents find, and can keep several leaps ahead of the biggest shells while answering his interviewers' questions. The new spring fashions, designed by Lucy Hill, form part of the latest news features. Among these is the "full" skirt with abbreviated length and whatchamacallit trimming, apparently the last word in class. The Zeppelin gown and a skirt which is very "full" are also shown. Hunky Dory, a well-known ale hound, is introduced to Canimated Nooz followers. His morning exercise is startlingly original, though imitation is not suggested.
