Hosted by Mark Richardson and Shelley Ferguson, the season was set in the Auckland suburb of Hobsonville Point. The prize money for achieving the most amount of profit from the auction was $100,000 for this series and was judged by Kristina Rapley, editor of Your Home and Garden Magazine, and Jason Bonham, who has been the judge on two previous seasons.
