He gets a call from his daughter Divya and she says that he is missing him. Vijay surprises Smita and Divya by coming home from Pune. Nama gets caught in Vijay's trap but both of them come on each other's gun point. Nama Patil smartly fires on Vijay's team member and runs away. But Vijay gets hold of him and Nama dies in the encounter. Smita gets surprised to see Vijay Salaskar coming home as early as 8'o clock in the evening on 26 November, 2008. As Vijay is having his favourite egg omlet he keeps getting call, few he ignores but then he gets some information and he have to reach the head quarters at Colaba. He leaves immediately.
