Lionel uses the arrival of the new dairyman, Frank Armsted, to dictate to him some flattering words to be said to Augusta to comfort her. But Augusta invents an astronaut's past in front Lionel's dumbfounded look. On television, Kelly recognizes Jack Lee, introduced as the special adviser of the president back from a long trip in Europe, as the man whom she saw smoking at Parker Simonson's place. Cruz, Nick and Kelly go to the airport to attend the arrival. A hired killer follows them. Kelly recognizes Jack Lee and succeeds in following him to the toilets. He manages to persuade her that she is wrong and pretends to discover that she is the daughter of his friend C.C. Capwell. Kelly comes back with Cruz and Nick, persuaded to have made a mistake. Jack asks Parker to call off the hired killer, any danger concerning Kelly being moved aside. But Kelly holds her in cheek in front of the entrance of the Capwell guest-house. Mason calls Gina and asks her to join him in a distasteful hotel room. Gina leaves Brandon alone and complies. Being curious, Brandon uses this time to swallow some of his mother's painkillers. In a second state, he spans the window of his room to catch a small plane, and faints on one of the roofs of the residence. Everybody is worried to see Brandon missing... First appearance in the series of Frank Armsted. Eden tells Cruz that she is surprised that he has chosen Nick as his best-man for their wedding rather than his brother, about whom we will not hear speaking about any more about until episode 980.
