They now have electric light, streetcars and all modern conveniences, beautiful parks and temples. The markets are not so modern and one can still see ancient conveyances. The opera house is a magnificent structure built in classic style. Native workmen are shown hauling stone. Here labor is so cheap that it is less expensive than horses or steam.
