David goes too far with Jane. April realizes where Merroney's priorities are. A delegation descends on Ted and Jennifer to state its case. Jane breaks good news and bad news to Brian, who makes a last minute appeal to David. The board votes on Merroney's scheme. Jane tells Brian the answer she gave David.
