The time is ripe now that the "snowboard bunnies" are hanging around the gym as the snowboarders train. Leah can't help but provide greater advice than getting his feet wet again. Jen can see that Ryan has some money problems, and provides a helping hand in the hopes that he will not turn to gambling as he has done in the past. Ryan may not want to admit to himself how much of a problem he has. Despite promising Nicole that he would stay away from Carrie, Adrien can't help but think about how best to get close to her, especially now that AJ is gone. He decides to use Griff as that entry point. Jada has placed Nicole in charge of a prestigious art exhibit at the resort. Despite all the high caliber talent participating, Nicole believes that having a local artist, most specifically one named Elias Noth, would bring a certain flavor currently missing. Courting Elias is a little more difficult than Nicole imagines, not delivering Noth which would place a black mark in Jada's mind about Nicole. And based on his workplace evaluation following the incident surrounding Ethan's death, Derek contemplates telling Jen that it was a bullet from his gun that killed her husband.
