Along the way, Chili would try to avoid the Russain Mafia, whom the leader named Roman, (Alex Kubik) shot Tommy Athens (James Wood), the owner of Nothing To Loose (NTL) Records who discover Linda, and trying to payoff the 300,000 grand which Tommy has to pay record mogul Sin LaSalle (Cedric the Entertainer), who is the producer and manager of the gangsta rap Dub MG's, with Dabu the Great (Andre 3000) as the lead rappers.
