Her hopes of asking her parents for additional clothing allowance are dashed when her dad comes home and reveals that he's been fired. Eager to help, Amanda lies about her age in order to start a waitress job, much to the delight of Chrissy and her friends. The owner soon discovers Amanda's true age and fires her instantly.
