Gordon and his posh brigade cook Dublin Bay Prawn Toast with Japanese Marinated Cucumber, Lemon Sole En Papillote with red chard and a mouth watering Plum Tatin with clotted cream - all simple recipes you can cook at home. As Trinny and Susannah continue to enjoy a life of luxury in his back garden, Gordon discovers what conditions are like for some less fortunate commercially farmed pigs. Michelle Collins takes Gordon on in the recipe challenge.
