Alec and Bryce are out of control: destroying their toys and act aggressively towards Toni when she tries to discipline them. Baby sister Carly is learning all the wrong things from her big brothers, and also Toni is caught between being too timid and harsh with her kids. Tim admits to being the "fourth kid" in the house and undermines Toni's attempts of discipline and instigates trouble with the kids and his form of discipline is talking & reasoning with the kids which doesn't work.
