The main colonies however are under strict military jurisdiction which has complaints and grievances from the colonists that go unheard. This results in a wide-scale rebellion that stretches to the colonized planet Secilia. The rebellion is so successful that Earth is forced to surrender and the forces further plot to destroy the Earth.
