Meanwhile Zoe -who turns out Candy's former best friend- takes her nieces -whose minds and phones remain home-focused- on a 'working parent guilt' ski trip to the same Dells. Candy gets Zoe's blessing to go for Dan, while Zoe's lover Marcos turns up after his volleyball tournament was canceled. They suspects Josh Dickens who has his own physiotherapist and would have lost the sponsorship without the delay but has an alibi.
