This of course causes some grief for Jill when the big network execs come to her office to request that Edie promote some of their programming on air as a make good which of course Edie can't do. This touches on a question tho--Can Jill reign in Edie's worse impulses as a producer? (and can she call out her mother after a lifetime of not being able to?)
