Bernard and Chloé find Bettina practicing piercing in a discotheque and she has an alibi for the night and her boyfriend had an accident with the motorbike.With the registration number the police finds that the motorbike belongs to Selim, an young Maghrebin unemployed men,who mentions that he was at home during the night (his mother will confirm it).Franck,Agathe and Alain go to a building because a shopkeeper listened in the night shouts in an apartment.The couple Lachaux tells that they have been attacked by a mailman who wanted money and Mr. Lachaux defended himself.But the they can't recognize their aggressor on a photograph of a known mailman.
