Meanwhile, Alison's old boyfriend, Keith, inconspicuously returns to Los Angeles and when he sees her with Billy, he starts to send her threatening mail and attacks Billy. Alison starts drowning her fears and sorrows with hard liquor. Jo gets arrested for carrying a concealed weapon while she and Jake are trying to decide whether or not to live together after learning of the Melrose complex being put up for sale. After dinner at a Chinese restaurant, Rhonda and Terrence finally make up and they decide to go through with their wedding after all. Michael treats Jane to a romantic dinner and a weekend getaway where he tells her that he wants her forgiveness, but Kimberly makes it clear to Jane that she does not want to let go of Michael.
