As soon as they arrive, they leave Billy alone since they are going on their honeymoon. Then he meets his new neighbor, the beautiful Barbara, who convinces him to organize a party whose outcome will be fatal. Meanwhile, a radio psychologist finds herself in trouble when she gives bad advice to her listeners.
