Sylvia Prince, who acts as a messenger and coordinator of espionage operations, has activated a sleeper agent who supposedly defected to the U.S. six years earlier. The plot of the conspirators is to kidnap Mrs. Salzman to force him to go back to his homeland. The FBI is on the case after a U.S. State Department official, who knows Salzman, is murdered.
