Victor is pleased the press isn't all over the mansion and worries Nicole by hiring a P.I., but Larry isn't frightened. Philip returns to Cassie's compound and comments on how screwed-up her self-confidence is after working at Club Echelon as a hostess. She whines to Marlena that she is not understood and asks Tony to respect her 'adult' decisions, but backs up and claims Marlena only pretends to care afterward tells Philip Marlena is not her mother.
