This man Alex Bertani, is a member of a confidence racket gang headed by syndicate hoods Ernie Boros and Roy Eland who try to frighten Robin off by a beating and attempted murder. Robin tracks them down, rescues Phyllis who has fallen into their hands and he breaks up the gang. See less
