Klein and Buxton are asked by a local shopkeeper to keep a close eye on a drug dealer. While Buxton talks to the shop owner, Klein takes the chance to swap his hospital medication for cocaine. Convinced their chief suspect Shane Pellow is the serial killer, Glaze and Lennox decide to check the victims' phone records to see if there is any connection. They discover that at least two of the victims had placed "Lonely Hearts" ads in the local paper. Simon Kitson loses his temper when Cryer refuses to tell Rickman he is waiting, but when he does corner Rickman, she tells him it's all over. See less
