Max proposes him to stay in a hotel but Arno answers that that he will spend the night in the house of his sister-in-law.Then Max proposes to drive him to that place, Arno accepts and they go away.Max stops his car in remote place and drugs him with chloroform.When Max arrives with Arno in his basement he realizes that Arno is dead, because he had a pacemaker and his heart was weakened by the chloroform.So he decides to eliminate the corpse in a canal of the Isar River.There , a student ,Petra Steinert was waiting for her friend Markus Pagel ,because she had an accident with her bicycle and Markus went to the next village to repair the wheel of her bicycle.Max threw the corpse and a suitcase in the river and realizes that Petra saw all this and he decides to kidnap her.
