Digital Broadcast was based on a 90 minutes interview the director had with Paul Gambaccini in 1999. Initially intended for an interactive TV presentation it was first released on CD-ROM for Nick Peterson's MA in Interactive Multimedia. It was released on DVD in 2006. Based on the full length version of 90 minutes: 10% (The presenter) of the film is in black and white 50% is in single color (Blue, cyan, yellow, green, turquoise, orange and red) 40% is in full color and HD.
