But Greta has a secret: she is an HIV-infected nymphomaniac whom targets and infects men for her own twisted enjoyment. When Robert learns that he may have contracted the fatal virus, his life changes for the worse when he decides to get revenge against Greta in the most horrific and hideous way to prevent her from infecting more men with HIV in the sense that he now has nothing to loose.
